Withdrawal Policy

Right of withdrawal for consumers A

consumer is considered to be any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that cannot be predominantly attributed to either their commercial activity or their independent professional activity.

Right of withdrawal

Our standard return policy is valid for 30 days. If 30 days have passed since you received the merchandise, we generally cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

The return period is 30 days from the day

- on which you or a third party named by you, other than the carrier, have taken or take possession of the goods, provided that you have ordered one or more goods as part of a uniform order and these are or will be delivered in a uniform manner;

- the day on which you or a third party named by you, other than the carrier, have taken or have taken possession of the last goods, if you have ordered several goods as part of a uniform order and these are delivered separately.

- If customs duties are generated due to the return shipment, these must be paid directly by the contracting party. If this is not possible, customs duties will be deducted from the refund amount.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (support@earthprotectors.co) by means of a clear statement (for example, by email) of your decision to withdraw from this contract.

To comply with the withdrawal period, it is enough that you send the notification of the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period expires.
